With 12 years of experience in the fitness and dance industry, Wera is an experienced dance teacher, fitness instructor and personal trainer. She has a degree in performing arts and is a certified personal trainer. Wera is passionate about bringing fun, joy, and entertainment to the everyday life, so that fitness becomes the best part of the day. Wera is specialized for vegetarian nutrition and meal plans.

 

I was born in Jyväskylä, Central Finland, to a family of artists; my mother is an actress and father a cellist. Because of that, I was lucky enough to learn and experience from a very young age what it's like to be on stage and perform in front of people. Growing up, I worked as a child actress in various different plays and projects. 

I have had a variety of hobbies throughout my life, including studying the piano, singing in a choir, artistic gymnastics, and most importantly dancing. Creative arts have always been close to my heart - I believe it is the most natural thing for a human to do and experience, and makes people feel and live better. 

In the year 2006, our family moved to Berlin, Germany. Soon after moving, I started to further develop my dance skills by enrolling and participating in various international dance courses. I also began to learn German, which I now speak fluently. The following year, I was accepted to Die Etage Theatre School in Berlin, to study in their dance faculty. The studies were very multifaceted and versatile, which allowed me to improve not only in dance but also in acting along with other useful things. I graduated as ”Bühnen Tänzer” Stage Dancer in 2010. 

The creative world of dance has given me the opportunity to tear away from ordinary life at times, and has opened up a lifelong journey that provides me with amazing experiences and an open mind. The years in Berlin allowed me to experience and learn about a wide range of cultures, all of which have influenced my creative process and personal approach to dance which is a mixture of both classical and urban styles. After graduation, I continued to teach at various dance schools and perform with dance groups such as Constanza Macras Company (Berlin) with which I travelled and performed all around Europe.

Since returning to Finland, I've been a member of The Urban Movements Company and have been a teacher in such schools as Cooma Dance Academy, DCA Dance School, and Dance.fi dance school in Helsinki. On top of that, I've also partaken in various different dance battles, competed in the Finnish Dance Championships, and worked as a dancer in various music videos.

Personal training includes safe Gym workout, running, body weight training, free weight training, Trx training, stretching, outdoors workouts, Beach workout and more. You learn get to know and listen your body better and many technical's. Your goals can be for example bodybuilding, weight loss or be more active and energetic.

 

Nutrition

Exercise is only one facet of a healthy lifestyle. I’ll help you make good choices when you eat so you can have more energy throughout the day. Good nutrition can help: Reduce the risk of some diseases. Good nutrition can help reduce high blood pressure, lower high cholesterol, Improve your well-being, Improve your ability to fight off illness, Improve your ability to recover from illness or injury and Increase your energy level.

I will create for you the individual nutrition plan and analysis your weekly food diary. I will give you many tips for healthy diets.
